⏱ Format: Each policy session discussion will take 15 minutes.
How It Works

Workshop Format & Procedures

📋 Workshop Format

  1. 125 participants per classroom
  2. 2Each classroom has a leader to moderate with the main speaker
  3. 35 groups per classroom
  4. 4One group consists of 5 participants
  5. 5Each group has a group leader on a rotating basis
  6. 6Each class / subject teacher must have a laptop
  7. 7Assistant teachers may use a mobile device

🎯 Presentation Procedures

  1. 1An assignment will be divided into five parts
  2. 2Each participant reads and understands their part of the assignment within the allotted time (approximately 8 minutes)
  3. 3Total allotted time per assignment: 16 minutes — 8 min reading & understanding + 8 min sharing content within the group or across the five groups in the classroom
  4. 4The presentation should be short and to the point, covering all titles. Details of content need not be spelled out.
